I had planned to use little crosses on the border, but without thinking, I used the star border. I had fun using all of my methods of embellishing, including, rubber stamping with acrylic paint, tulip paint beads, polymer clay buttons, braids, and regular beads. It’s machine appliquéd and quilted by hand sewing embellishment.
